Misaki Crow

御先烏

A three-legged great bird of legend, messenger of the Sun Deity. Its divine gaze pierces all that lurks and deceives.

Background

The Misaki Crow is the legendary messenger who serves the Sun Deity. Its wings gleam with obsidian light, and its great three legs stand for the wisdom that dispels delusion, for benevolence and for valour. In the ancient teachings of Shugendo, the Misaki Crow is revered as the great divine messenger who goes first into peril to see through the road ahead on behalf of the mortal world. These vast, dark-feathered birds have always lived in seclusion among the cloud-seas of the sacred peaks at the very top of the islands; only when mountains and rivers tremble and a dark tide blots out the sky do they show themselves, in the prayers at the great shrines and across the heavens.

Abilities

  • Divine GuidanceThis mod

The Sun Deity's herald wheels above the clouds on beating wings; its divine eyes lay bare every foe lurking across the land, and by this radiance it leads the royal host forward, irresistible.

A permanent aura of 55 m: enemies lose their hiding and ambush cover and take −5 melee defence; allies gain +10% movement speed

  • WoundsVanilla

Even the greatest foes can be laid low with terrible injuries, and the greater the damage done, the less able they will be to effectively continue the fray.

The standard vanilla passive for single-entity units: below 25% health, speed and weapon strength drop

Unit attributes

  • Can FlyVanilla

    This unit can fly.

  • Siege Attacker

Can attack gates, so a siege battle can be launched at once without waiting for towers or battering rams
